ꕤ GENERAL TERMS⊹   + *    ⊹⬪THE ARTIST is allowed to decline commissions.⬪THE ARTIST is allowed to take necessary breaks.⬪THE ARTIST is allowed to take down the commission when the commissioner is straight up rude or inconsiderate :).⬪THE ARTIST is allowed to put watermarks on the finished piece.⬪THE CLIENT is allowed to claim half of the ownership of the finished piece. (Since it was your character in the first place.)⬪THE CLIENT is not allowed to remove the watermark.⬪THE CLIENT is not allowed to use the finished piece for commercial purpose UNLESS agreed upon by THE ARTIST. (This applies to .PNG Tuber Commissions!)⬪THE CLIENT is not allowed to profit from the finished piece (ex. turn into an Adoptable, print and sell, etc.)⬪THE CLIENT is not allowed to alter the finished piece without THE ARTIST's consent.ꕤ COMMISSION PROGESS⊹   + *    ⊹
⬪ It really depends on the commission but I usually finish a commission 2-days to 3 weeks or longer if the client is unresponsive or delays from the artist's side such as school, family problems/errands and health problems.⬪ I highly suggest my clients to be active/online when I am working on your commission. The more you are responsive, the earlier you'll get your commissioned piece. If you have any reasons as to why you won't be able to respond immediately, please inform me ahead of time.ꕤ AVAILABLE PAYMENT MODES⊹   + *    ⊹⬪ I have a NO REFUND policy so think twice before getting an Order Slip.⬪ I would really prefer if you pay the first half of the payment first then the second half after I finish your commission but if you wish to pay upfront, you will be placed on my Priority List (meaning either I'll be doing your commission first or second to the client who also paid upfront but paid higher than yours.)⬪ I only accept payment through my GCash ( 09776541912 ) or through Remitly or Wise for international payment. ⬪ I offer my Commissions to be for Personal Use only but since I am accepting .PNGTuber Commissions, extra charges may apply. (Please discuss it with me if you want to commission a .PNGTuber model!)⬪ Only me (the artist) and the client is allowed to use the commissioned piece. If you (the client) saw your commissioned piece being reposted online, please inform me and the reposter shall be reported.⬪ Like I stated before, you (the client) are not allowed to resell the commissioned piece (I DON'T SUPPORT NFTs THANKS :)) because that would be extremely disrespectful to me and my works.
